Nicole Rubin leads CSC's consulting practice and has more than 25 years of experience gathering and analyzing customer and prospect insights to inform product development, from inception through launch and post-launch. Nicole uses her past experience as a Program Director for the LUMA Institute to model, teach and embed Human Centered Design practices into her clients' organizations.
